Kara is a nurturing and intuitive healer. Using a mixture of her holistic skills, she works with each person individually to reach their desired goals. She is amazed by the body’s ability to do what it needs to do throughout the cycles of life and what she can do to help facilitate relaxation and the healing process. She works with a wide variety of clients especially during powerful junctures in their lives. She is passionate about empowering those to listen to their bodies and take time for themselves to heal body, mind and soul.
