From Swedish massage, to deep tissue and hot stone, Kara works closely with her clients to ensure the most enjoyable and beneficial massage experience. Kara offers various massage services tailored to your needs, in half hour, hour, and ninety minute sessions.
Reiki & Energy Work
Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. As a Reiki practitioner, Kara understands that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen themselves. A Reiki session is pleasant and relaxing, and can help ease tension and stress to help support healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional.
Massage for Mom & Baby
Kara is pleased to offer both prenatal and postnatal massages for expecting and new mothers, as well as infant massage to aide in the health and digestion of baby.
Chair Massage
Chair massages focus on the neck, back, and shoulders; where many of us harbor our stress. Through chair massage, Kara brings a wonderful sense of relief and relaxation anywhere you need her to go! Perfect for office or home settings.

Massage Therapies
Customized Massage Session – Utilizing a variety of techniques to alleviate most discomforts of every day life. Can include but not limited to Swedish, myofacial release, deep tissue and cupping.
1 hour – $90 1 1/2 hour – $120
Deep Tissue – This works deeply into the muscles and connective tissue to release chronic aches and pains. It also breaks up scar tissue and increases range of motion.
1 hour – $90 1 1/2 hour – $120
Sinus Massage – Targeting all the pressure points for the sinuses, this face, head and neck massage opens up, increases drainage and speeds up healing. 1/2 hour – $50
Hot Stone – A therapeutic massage and energy treatment – Hot basalt stones are placed on various chakras to release blocked energy while the heat penetrates into the muscles to help achieve a state of deeper relaxation. Various deep tissue and effleurage strokes are combined to soothe tired and aching muscles. 1/2 hour – $60 1 hour – full body – $100
Massage – Mom & Baby
Prenatal Massage – For the soon-to-be mother helps to increase circulation, decrease swelling, and relieve the aches and pains that come with pregnancy. It reduces stress and can reduce anxiety and depression. The massage is customized to a woman’s needs.
1 hour – $90 1 1/2 hour – $120
Postnatal Massage – To help relieve all the stresses that come with new motherhood. It also alleviates any post baby aches and swelling, regulates hormones and speeds up recovery.
1 hour – $90 1 1/2 hour – $120
Infant Massage – Infants benefit so much from touch. This increases circulation, digestion and elimination, boosts immune system and sleep, and helps with sensory issues and bonding with parents/caregivers. Private sessions and classes available.
Reiki – Energywork
Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki Practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. It is believed that a person’s “ki” or energy should be strong and free flowing. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.
